The BSL Foundation is proud to announce the Bro. Q. Soldier Williams Memorial Scholarship 2025, dedicated to supporting aspiring leaders in public service. This scholarship honors Bro. Q. Soldier Williams’s legacy by empowering students committed to making a difference in their communities through public policy and administration.
Eligibility
Submit a personal essay in the application package:
- Outlines the applicant’s passion for public policy or public administration.
- Highlights career goals and aspirations.
- Explain how the scholarship will support their academic and professional development.
- Provide a current resume.
- Submit academic transcripts (undergraduate or graduate).
- Provide two letters of recommendation from academic or professional references.
- Submit proof of enrollment or admission to a Public Policy or Public Administration graduate program.
- Minimum GPA requirement 3.0
Requirements
Finalists will be invited for an interview with the scholarship selection committee.
